Beautiful three level villa divided in two sections, in the center an open living and dining area covered with a "palapa" (thatched roof) with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

The villa is approximately 4,500 sq. ft. and features its own private pool and Jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

There are three more bedrooms, a TV. room (with satellite) and an entertaining area with bar and a second TV.

There are ocean views from all around the villa, even from the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area.

Guests of the exclusive community of La Punta, have their own private beach, clubhouse and tennis courts.

Access to the facilities of Las Hadas is open to guests of La Punta.

Las Hadas has its own 18-hole championship golf course, private marina, water sports, fishing boats, restaurants, boutiques and shops.
