Casa La Serena

A beautiful 5,500 sq. ft. 4 bedroom Spanish style villa located at the tip of the Peninsula de Santiago in the exclusive gated community of La Punta in Manzanillo, Mexico.

The house is tastefully decorated and features Mexican antiques, custom crafted furniture, ceramics, glass, art tile, wall hangings and many beautiful fabrics from local pueblos.

The villa consists of two luxurious master suites on the upper level and two guest suites on the lower level, all with their own bath. Each suite has a balcony with a magnificent ocean view.

The inside living areas are airy and spacious and feature handcrafted woodwork and stained glass windows. There are two sitting areas, one complete with an entertainment system; there is also a formal living room and dining room on the lower level.

The outside living area features two palapas that are artfully made from tree trunks and palm fronds. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset from the poolside palapa terrace or choose a more serene setting in the second palapa at the base of the lush tropical garden near the ocean.

The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, for afternoon barbecues there is a custom barbecue with built-in Weber appliances located by the pool. For evening entertainment, there is a full wet bar. The villa is also equipped with satellite TV, VCR and CD player.
