minutes from the villa.
Two huge master bedroom suites with king bed have a sitting area,
jacuzzi and terrace. Two additional guest bedrooms one with king bed
and the other with two full size beds, each bedroom has its own
private bathroom.
The spacious open living and dining room areas overlook the infinity
pool and the Pacific, there is also an additional kids pool
connected by circulated wate, for additional entertainment a family
room is also available.
Casa de Madre Perla has 5,400 square feet. A large kitchen is fully
equipped with modern appliances for care-free meal preparation, the
laundry room is
also fully equipped.
A secluded palapa (thatched roof) is accessible by a private
staircase 154 steps below the property and just 15 feet from the

located in the Manzanillo and nearby area: La Mantarraya at Las Hadas
Resort, The Grand-Bay-Isla Navidad 27-hole championship golf course and
the spectacular El Tamarindo Golf Resort
Daily maid service is included, optional services include a cook / chef
and a 9-passanger suburban with or without a driver. Private
arrangements can be made for in-house masseuse, baby sitter, tour guide,
