A very large infinity pool, complete with cascading waterfall and an
oversized Jacuzzi, dominate the outdoor living space, guests can view
crashing waves, just a few feet away. The poolside fireplace and seating
area complete with barbecue and bar, are ideal for entertaining. You can
also see migrating whales and an occasional marlin playing just offshore.
Our beach is home to the giant tortoises, which come ashore to lay there
eggs each season. In the evening, the home comes alive with beautiful
outdoor lighting, for the ultimate romantic setting. The sunsets are
incredible as the sky lights up with beautiful oranges and reds.
As you stand in the front entry of the casa, next to the cascading
waterfall, you look through the oversized, glass entry doors, which
allows one to view out over the infinity pool and directly out onto the
Pacific Ocean. It all appears to become one and flows right into the
home.
Once inside, you will find a beautiful setting, which focuses on
attention to detail. The villa is decorated with all high quality
furnishing, that were imported from design centers here in the States.
It has an upscale tropical feeling and provides a spacious warm and
comfortable atmosphere. An impressive brick dome ceiling, creates a
focal point in the living room and the interior lighting is inviting and
dramatic. Each one of the three suites was designed for the ultimate in
comfort.
The beds for the 3 master suites were designed especially for the
Bellagio Suites and resort in Las Vegas. All of the beds, which includes
two kings and one queen, have high quality sheeting and bedding. One of
the master suites offers a private sun bathing area complete with
cascading waterfall creating a unique space to relax. Each one of the
suites is equipped with a Jacuzzi.
For serious gourmands, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen features
commercial, Thermador, stainless steel appliances. Satellite TV in the
villa includes HBO, and wireless internet access is available in the
main living areas.
For a total care-free vacation, daily maid service and on-site concierge
is also available. Optional services include a chef, masseuse, driver/tour
guide, golf and tennis pro.
