40 feet by 20 feet, not including the bar area. A 40-foot swimming
pool and outdoor Jacuzzi grace the terrace adjoining the living room.

terrace, the Pacific, the westerly breeze and the setting sun. A
spacious indoor (air-conditioned) family room with a large-screen

as a workspace or separate apartment.

stationary bicycle, rowing machine and free weighs. This villa is
decorated in a sophisticated, modern style, featuring original works
of art and sculptures. A cozy private beach with a changing cabana
is accessible by a staircase from the house. The cove below the
house, although rocky, offers excellent snorkeling and diving.
