This five bedroom villa is nestled into the cliffs and looks over
the blue-green waters of the Pacific Ocean and Santiago Bay.
There are designer details throughout this 7,200 sq. ft. masterpiece
villa. The master bedroom encompasses over 1,000 sq.ft. and includes
a Jacuzzi and large marble shower.
A sitting area offers a relaxed and cozy aerie above the ocean. An
800 sq.ft. terrace for relaxation and privacy surrounds the master
suite. The guest suites are very spacious with sitting areas and
full marble bathrooms.. Four of the suites offer king size beds and
a fifth has twin beds. For your convenience, there are half baths
strategically located throughout the house.
Entertainment includes a media center with satellite TV, CD and DVD.
Stereo music is piped to each room and outdoor area and every area
has its own volume control. There is also a game room for board and
card games and a business center with cable, wy-fi, and all-in-one
printer. The villa offers eight separate controlled air conditioning
zones for each bedroom and indoor living area. |

A gourmet kitchen with all state of the art appliances and your own
personal cook will prepare your favorite meals made from scratch with
the freshest ingredients from the region. A maid, pool boy and
multilingual villa manger attend to your every need.
There are three different dining areas, the first is more formal, seats
ten and overlooks the living room and infinity pool. The dining area off
the kitchen seats six and the casual palapa outdoors area with lighting
and music seats eight.
A private tennis club for day or evening play is within steps of the
villa. The secluded La Escondida Beach and Club House is within walking
distance and is for the exclusive use of La Punta guests. Guests of Casa
Las Brisas have the privilege to access the facilities and amenities of
famous Las Hadas Resort, a self-contained resort that offers a full
service beach, golf, restaurants, shops and marina services.
For golf aficionados, three nationally and internationally famous golf
courses, namely La Mantarraya at Las Hadas Resort, Grand Bay-Isla
Navidad and the spectacular El Tamarindo, are either in Manzanillo or
within easy driving distance.
Sport fishing, tennis, surfing, scuba, snorkeling and water-skiing are
other amenities waiting for you in Manzanillo.
Optional services include an in-house massage therapist, golf and tennis
pro, personal trainer, baby-sitting and bilingual driver / tour guides.
